Issue/Introduction

Not able to see the ability to manipulate the Parent on Portfolio Items (Features, Initiatives, etc) via Orphan Management.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation with Rally

2. Set the Entity Type to be a Portfolio Item type like Feature

3. Configure Orphan Management

4. Look for the Parent field in the field list

Expected Results: 

• Parent is available

Actual Results:

• Parent is missing
