Multivariate mapping not working as expected between ServiceNow and Rally adapters.

Resolution

Steps to Reproduce: 

• Create a new automation between Rally<>JIRA or Rally<>ServiceNow.
• Configure basic field mapping.
• Configure multivariate field mapping for type fields not drop down fields, also configure default mapping

• Sync the artefact

Expected Results: 

Multivariate mapping should work as per configuration.

 

Actual Results:

Multivariate feature not working as per configuration and using default mapping.
