Alert notification sent out without criteria being defined

Issue/Introduction

Aria Operation notification that is configured with outbound methodology and payload but has not set up any defined criteria yet alert notifications still getting sent out. 

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.x.x

Cause

This is the default behavior and not a bug.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior as if no criteria are being defined, all criteria will be included and triggering the notification to be sent out. The following screenshot indicates the default behavior of the alert notification if none is selected.
