Issue/Introduction

When starting an Agent via ucybsmcl program there is an error displayed:

C:\Automic\Automation.Platform\ServiceManagerDialog\bin>ucybsmcl.exe -c start_process -h hostname -n Automic -s "Agent01" -p password
Warning: Service Manager communication could not be established in secure mode!
Outdated Service Manager in use or Service Manager with missing CAPKI installation.
*ERROR 3* Protocol violation (146)

Check if the Agent is already running.
