Advanced reporting loads very slow

Issue/Introduction

• Other pages in Clarity are faster
• Only the 'Advanced Reporting' page is slow
• Navigating within this functionality is even slower
• This started only recently. There was no issue before then.

Cause

Changes made to Jaspersoft Server JVM allocation

Resolution

• Stop the Jaspersoft Server. Remove server side cache. Start it again
• If the above does not resolve the issue, then check if a change was made to the Jaspersoft Server JVM allocation. Depending on the RAM available in the server, and the existing architectural guidelines within your organization, consider increasing the JVM allocation.
