Issue/Introduction

The deployment of WAN-IX appliance in cloud side failed with the following error 

Attempting to upgrade service mesh appliances fails with the following errors observed within the HCX UI

 

 

 

Environment

HCX 4.x

Cause

This issue happen when HCX is not able to map the networking for the OVF

Resolution

The workaround is to disable WAN IX feature within service mesh and then perform the required update. WAN-IX feature can be enabled after the upgrade of HCX
