Support added for Office 365 Monthly Enterprise Channel Deferred / N-1 release

Issue/Introduction

Microsoft releases 2 versions for the Monthly Enterprise Channel (MEC):  

1. The current month which includes new features and updates, 
2. The last month's release plus updates. (N-1)

Customers wanted to be able to push the N-1 release in case they did not want the new features from the current MEC.

Resolution

Support was added for the N-1 release of the MEC with PMImport version 7.4.1777.  The N-1 release is noted as (D)eferred.

No configuration changes to PMImport are needed to get these bulletins.
