"Object rdm_roadmap is not enabled for manual sorting" error in Roadmap Canvas

Issue/Introduction

When configuring a Roadmap with Canvas, an error is thrown on opening the Canvas tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Clarity MUX as admin user
2. Go to Administration - Blueprints
3. Create a copy of the Roadmaps blueprint with Canvas tab on it
4. Go to Roadmaps workspace
5. Set the blueprint on any roadmap instance
6. Open it an go to the Canvas tab.

Expected Results: No error should be displayed.

Actual Results:  Error "Object rdm_roadmap is not enabled for manual sorting." is thrown in UI
