Issue/Introduction

Is it mandatory to define the CSIQLOAD library in DSNTYPE=LIBRARY? Could CSIQLOAD be a PDS instead of Library which sets it to PDSE?

Cause

Trying to find a workaround to issues with TSO logons that are holding CSIQLOAD locked. 

Resolution

It is not possible to convert CSIQLOAD to a PDS. CSIQLOAD should be allocated with DSNTYPE=LIBRARY.
