To remediate the issue please follow below steps :
Step 1: Reset Recovery Plans Using RWR
• Identify all recovery plans using RWR.
• For each plan:
• Click “Activate” and then “Deactivate” to reset its internal state.
Step 2: Sync VM State for Affected Plans
• Click “Failover” to bring the VMs back to a protected state.
Step 3: Firewall Rule Cleanup
• Raise a ticket with VMC team to remove stale isolation rules named like: CloudDR-Isolation-xxx
• These were created by VLCR and can prevent successful recovery.
Step 4: Backend Cleanup by VLCR Team
• Once the above steps are completed, the VLCR backend team will perform a cleanup of affected entries in the internal database to fully resolve the issue.
