This KB describes how to upload and download domains for an Email Encryption business partner in Email Security Cloud Portal.

Resolution

To upload and download domains for an Email Encryption business partner :

• Select Services > Encryption.
• Click on TLS Business Partners section.
• The Download All button on the TLS Business Partners page returns all the values for business partners in a new simplified format. Use this button to download TLS configurations for all of your business partners.
• Use the Upload All button to upload the TLS configuration file and either merge with or replace your existing settings. A maximum of 10,000 domains can be uploaded at a time. Uploaded domains are configured with strong certificate validation and MX mail delivery.
