Issue/Introduction

The copy of submitted email sample is not sent to the administrator, but option 'Copy end-user submitted emails to your organization's administrators' is selected.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Outlook submission add-in is installed for the organization
  2. 'Copy end-user submitted emails to your organization's administrators' option, under Dashboard > Platform > Email Submission Service Settings in the Email Security.cloud portal, is enabled
  3. The email (that is already flagged as a spam) is submitted via Microsoft Outlook add-in button that end user click
  4. The item is moved to deleted folder in end user's mailbox

Expected Result: The copy of submitted sample is sent to the administrator.

Actual Result: The copy of submitted sample is not sent to the administrator.

The issue is currently under investigation with no ETA.
