Issue/Introduction

After a fresh OSIM installation, the Agent status remains in "preregistered" and no installation jobs are executed anymore.

Environment

CA Client Automation - 14.5 CU6 and above

Cause

The Software Delivery Agent registration is not completing successfully. 

Resolution

Open a support case and request test fix T55V443.
