DCOPEN command fails to show correct details in SysView.

Issue/Introduction

The DCOPEN screen in SysView is not showing the list of DBIDs that I have seen in the past.
The selected MUF region is up and this issue happens to all active MUF regions.

The command DCOPEN DBID * does show the correct information.

Environment

SysView R17.0 with LU14691.

Cause

LU14691 

Resolution

PTF LU17050 was created to correct the DCOPEN command.

Additional Information

Workaround is to use command:  DCOPEN DBID *
