How to find Tenant ID in Business Service Console.

Cause

Technical Support may need to know your Tenant ID, This KB explains that How to find Tenant ID in Business Service Console.

Resolution

You can find Tenant id following ways.

1. Log in Business Service Console with your Account.

2. You can find company name and Site ID XXXXXXXX in left upper side.

3. Move your mouse around company name and Site ID XXXXXXXX, a mark with an i in a circle will appear.

4. Copy the id displayed. This is Tenant ID
