Unable to upgrade/install iSeries Agent

Issue/Introduction

The agent installation process is getting stuck and won't complete. Upgrade is stuck during installation, it's says 'Enter Disk 1 or it's location'. And tried again then it is stuck at installing more than 20 mins.

Cause

The MIMIX replication tool is running on the iSeries server. Files or directories being created in the /tmp directory were immediately deleted on the IFS file system.

Resolution

The agent installation was successful after user stopped the replication process and excluded the agent installation directory from being mirrored.
