When a Role is associated to a Project, and the 'Populate from Allocations' option is used on a Cost Plan, a value is added to the Cost Plan with an empty Resource name.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE -
1. Ensure That a Financial Matrix has a value that covers the Role that will be assigned to the Project.
2. Ensure that a Project is created that would be associated to the Matrix. Ensure the Project is Financially enabled.
3. Assign the Role on the Staff of the Project
4. On the Project go to the 'Financials' module, and create a new Cost Plan. For 'Grouping Attributes' select 'Resource'
5. After the Cost Plan is created, right click on the grid row and select 'Populate from Allocations'
6. Open the Cost Plan, a row will be present that comes from the Role, but the 'Resource' field (which is required) is empty.
7. If multiple Roles are assigned, they will all be blank.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
The Role name should display
ACTUAL RESULTS:
The field is empty
