Cannot switch reporting mode in VCF Operations

Issue/Introduction

VCF Operations is registered in Disconnected mode in Business Services console 

1. When user tries to switch to connected mode in the VCF Operations,  the operation fails with error stating that the token is not valid
2. The site id information in the VCF Operations registration page is coming empty

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0

Cause

This could happen if the "Activation Code" is not applied in the VCF Operations

Resolution

"Generate Activation Code" on Cloud as shown in the screenshot below, copy it and then add it in the VCF Operations console.
