SDDC Manager UI is stuck in the "/sddc-manager/dashboard(monitoring-panel:monitoring/tasks)" page

Issue/Introduction

The SDDC UI may also display "Express html" in the browser URL bar

The UI spins and does not login.

There are no space issues on the SDDC (this can be confirmed by running the 'df -h' command on the SDDC command line)

The Management vCenter root password is not expired

The Management vCenter root password stored on the SDDC is correct.

There are no issues with vCenter hostkeys stored in the known_hosts files on the SDDC Manager.

The SSH service is up and running on the Management vCenter.

Environment

SDDC 5.x

Cause

This can be caused by a high uptime on the SDDC Manager, typically 60 days and over.

Resolution

Reboot the SDDC Manager

Ensure you perform a full cycle of the SDDC Manager appliance.
