Cause

Kubelet is failing to start

Resolution

Refer KB article to update kubelet certificate through script:  Error: failed to run Kubelet: unable to load bootstrap kubeconfig: stat /etc/kubernetes/bootstrap-kubelet.conf: no such file or directory
