Select Tasks in MUX Timesheets slow on large system with many investments

Issue/Introduction

On a large system, with 38K+ investments, and using Select Tasks unrestricted, the requests cause bottlenecks on the database and application CPU /RAM

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Connect to Clarity 16.3.1+ with many thousands of investments (see attached DB)
2. Connect as admin user to MUX Timesheets, open a new timesheet, click on Select Tasks
3. Modify the view to remove the filter on Assigned Resources = Current User (remove Current User)
4. Save the view as Recommended view and share it
5. Now connect to Timesheets again with any user, open a timesheet and click on Select Tasks

Expected Results: The page to come up within reasonable time

Actual Results: The Select Tasks request takes 1,5 min+ to return. If you filter again once the popup is already open, it’s not slow any more.
