View Records for ‘teams’ component in CMN_UI_PERSONALIZATIONS

Issue/Introduction

After upgrade, customers have some orphaned records in CMN_UI_PERSONALIZATIONS table with component ='teams'

These were supposed to be replaced with ‘obaStaffs’

Any new personalization on the Project – Staff page go as obaStaffs, however the old records still remain in the table. When updating the Project – Staff view the ‘teams’ record is not getting updated.

STR:

1. In 16.1.3, connect to Clarity MUX – open any project
2. Go to Staff tab on the project
3. Make any changes to the view
4. Check the CMN_UI_PERSONALIZATIONS table and note that there is a record for component ‘teams’ updated with current date for your Clarity user
5. Now upgrade the system to 16.2.2 or above
6. Connect to MUX with the same user
7. Open any project – Staff module
8. Make any view changes
9. Check the CMN_UI_PERSONALIZATIONS table

Expected Results: The teams record should not be present or it should be updated/used

Actual Results:

• There is a record for component ‘obaStaffs’ updated with current date for your Clarity user.
• The ‘teams’ record from 16.1.3 is still present and unchanged in CMN_UI_PERSONALIZATIONS table (example):
