Issue/Introduction

You want to change the directory where audit logs are generated for Web Viewer 12.1.

Environment

Web Viewer 12.1

Resolution

1. Login as a Web Viewer administrator.
2. Go to Administration tab.
3. Click on preferences.
4. In settings click on Auditing settings.
5. You will see an input box for "Directory where Audit logs are to be written". You can insert a directory for where you want audit logs to be generated.
6. Stop and start (restart) your Tomcat service for changes to take effect.
