Issue/Introduction

Responsible for escalating a variety of alarms 24 hours of the day to various Teams. This is done from an Alarm Level and require various filters for Alarm Queues to be configured. There are 73 Alarm Queues configured in SOI which needs to be configured in DX O2.

Resolution

• Enable Alarm Queue Filter
• Enable Alarm Queue Rules
