Post migration, NetOps Portal unable to function

Issue/Introduction

The caperfcenter_sso service is unable to start, when looking at the wrapper log for the sso service, the following message is seen repeatedly:

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No matching constructor class org.eclipse.jetty.server.Server

In addition, the install logs may show messages such as:

Cause

Parts of the installation are corrupt

Resolution

Ensuring you use the same version that is currently running, perform an over-install of the NetOps Portal on top of the existing install.
