Instance right assigned via Group doesn't show up under Resource Access rights --> Instance

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Clarity as administrator privilege
2. Navigate to Administrator -->Studio --> Objects
3. Create a customer object lets say Test Custom Object
4. Navigate to Administrator -->Organization and Access--> Groups
5. Create a customer group lets say Primary Contact Group
6. Navigate to Administrator -->Organization and Access--> Resources
7. Create a Resource lets say Primary Contact
8. Now create a instance of Test Custom Object
9. Now under group Primary Contact Group add the resource Primary Contact to the group
10. In the group navigate to Resource Access Rights --> Instance and add Test Custom Object instance right along with Object Navigate rights
11. Now navigate to resource and under Resource Access Rights and instance rights are not visible however no functional impact 

Expected Results: Instance right should be showing up via Clarity Classic PPM --> Administration --> Resources --> Resource Properties --> Resource Access rights --> Instance 

Actual Results: Instance right doesn't be showing up via Clarity Classic PPM --> Administration --> Resources --> Resource Properties --> Resource Access rights --> Instance
