Error: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'IndexOf')" when uploading Encryption Management 1.2.1 to Solution Add-Ons

Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error when trying to upload the ISO for Encryption Management 1.2.1 in Cloud Director  Solution Add-Ons UI.

• When using Chrome you see the error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'IndexOf')".
  
  
• When using Firefox you see the error "T is undefined".
  
  

Environment

• VMware Cloud Director Encryption Management 1.2.1
• VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

Cause

This occurs due to a change in how installation is performed with Encryption Management 1.2.1 (BYOK).

The deployment is now handled manually and not via the Cloud Director Solutions Addon Framework

Resolution

To resolve this issue reference the Encryption Management 1.2.1 installation documentation and follows the outlined installation process.
