Resolution

A false positive spam email is a legitimate email incorrectly given a verdict of spam. This email can be submitted to Broadcom for analysis and filter review.

The tags, “X-Spam-Flag: YES” and “X-SpamInfo: spam detected heuristically,” are appended to the internet header of emails that are classified as spam by Skeptic Heuristics.
