This is due to a temporary browser cache Issue.
You may need to perform the following steps in order to resolve This Issue :
1 - Do not keep attempting to access the portal If the error persists, wait 30sec - 1min.
2 - Clear your browser's cache or use an Incognito / In-private mode of your browser while trying to access the portal.
3 - Ensure that you are not using a proxy causing the cache Issue, if so then try to disable it and access it again.
4 - If the Issue still persist contact Broadcom Technical Support
