page keep loading when add ALB controller in VCD

Issue/Introduction

The URL of NSX-ALB is VIP FQDN.

when save the URL and user/password , page keep loading without any progress.

NSX-ALB certification could be found in trusted certificate page. 

Environment

vCloud Director 10.x

Cause

NSX-ALB certification only contain 3 FQDN of ALB controllers in SAN, missing FQDN of ALB VIP as well as all the IP address information.

Resolution

Regenerate ALB certification with all SAN(all FQDN + all IP address)  included
