Issue/Introduction

Identity Portal cannot start connector working with the IM. Logs show:

Environment

IM/IP vApp 14.5

Cause

Password expired

Resolution

Reset password for user used by IP to connect to the IM. To check, try to login to IM user console using this account and password. When it worked, change the password in the IP connector properties, then start the connector.
