Once the imported image is removed, SDDC keeps showing "Fetching subtask info..." after reboot.

Issue/Introduction

1. Import images from vCenter to SDDC on the image management page.
2. Remove the imported image
3. Reboot the SDDC manager
4. There is a 'Fetch subtask info' event left on the U

Environment

Resolution

- It's a known issue, and it will be fixed in 5.2.2

- As a workaround, the tasks that are showing up as "Fetching subtask info..." can be cleaned up manually from the task_metadata table. Tasks that are in this state will not impact other workflows.
