Issue/Introduction

Monthly reports that should be running monthly no longer appear to run when scheduled. When Operations was in the cloud it was working fine.  Since migrating back to on premise the "Month To Date Cost" area displays blank.  When manually running the report, it displays fine.  It is the automated report that doesn't show this column.  Also it sends out 2 of the same report, yet we only have 1 report set for each department
