Issue/Introduction

User performed the integration between APM 10.8 on-premise and although I see metrics and the APM data source in the O2 DX console, I cannot receive APM alerts nor can I create a service with APM data.

Resolution

Found outgoing message queue is not moving.  Added performance tuning parameters to MOM lax file
After fixing the token in MOM EM properties file, now seeing the data in SaaS metrics and topology
