Cannot logon to Aria Operations for Logs using domain nor local accounts

Issue/Introduction

Cannot logon to Aria Operations for Logs. Using domain or local accounts both fail. The login screen will not respond, the login process hangs with a spinning animation.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Cause

Out of memory (RAM) and SWAP space is at 100%

Resolution

Restart the loginsight service while logged into each cluster VM as root:

service loginsight restart
