UIM Devices synced as Event Model type in Spectrum vs UIMHost

Issue/Introduction

Devices show up as type 'Event Model' with no network address even though they are in UIM with an IP and they are resolvable and pingable from Spectrum and UIM both forward and reverse lookup.

Environment

snmpgtw probe with any Spectrum and UIM version

Cause

Configuration issue

Resolution

This behavior is sometimes seen when the suspect device is black listed in UIM.

To resolve this issue, Use steps per article UIM Discovered device does not show up in OC Inventory to unblack list the device if it is black listed
