Vantage host started task has Error message VAN1537E Locate VSAM failed

Issue/Introduction

We see a few VAN1537E Locate VSAM failed messages in our Vantage started task:

Note: Customer is not using Tape Management and the VKGPARMS SUVISTA is set to N.

Cause

The VKGPARM MPMRFILT (MPM Record Collection Is Via SVC76 Hook) is set to Y. 

Resolution

Set the VKGPARM value MPMRFILT (N) if Enable Media Component functionality is not needed.
