'Could not export CSV' When Navigating Risk/Change/Issue Properties

Issue/Introduction

Export to CSV fails when exporting To Dos when navigating Risk, Change or Issue properties.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Copy the Standard Project blueprint.
  2. Edit the new blueprint, and in the Risks module, ensure that the "Enable Properties Navigation" configuration is enabled.
  3. Publish the blueprint.
  4. Configure a project to use this blueprint.
  5. Open the project and navigate to the Risks module.
  6. Create one risk and open it.
  7. Navigate to the To Dos module.
  8. Create a one to do.
  9. Export to CSV.

Expected Results: The export file is available in the notifications after the export completes.

Actual Results: The export fails (you get a 'Could not export CSV').

The bg-ca.log file shows this error:

ERROR [...] ppm.rest (clarity:user:x:Export to CSV Job) () CustomerResourceHandler ::  exception occurred while performing action:retrieve com.ca.ppm.rest.exception.BadRequestException: API-1006 : The value '@OBA_ASSOCIATION_ID@' for Attribute 'obaAssociation' is not in expected format or is invalid.

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in Clarity 16.3.3.

 

Workaround:

Disable Properties Navigation in the blueprint, open the risk from the flyout, expand the To Dos module, and Export to CSV.
