Issue/Introduction

"Cloud Services: Common Policy Communication Status" in Health Monitor is configured to Log, Trap, Email.

Once archive configuration is carried out. "Cloud Services: Common Policy Communication Status" is back to default after install configuration to the brand-new device.

 

Environment

After running Factory Default or brand-new Edge swg(H/W, VA).

 

Cause

When running install configuration, "Cloud Services: Common Policy Communication Status" is missed with error because CLI command is invalid on the configuration file.

On the configuration file.

alert notification cloud-common-policy update-errors

This is invalid command and install configuration process skips this command line with an error, hence "Cloud Services: Common Policy Communication Status" keeps default value.

 

Resolution

Correct them with manual operations after install configuration.

Update ->Save
