vSAN Object inaccessible
While preparing for an ESXi version update, vSAN Host fails to enter Maintenance Mode when full data migration is selected ,with the error "Cannot be completed due to inaccessible objects."
Pre-check also fails with the error "Failed to query Resource Check Status for the selected entity. Check the logs for more details."

Try to bring the objects back to the healthy state, If it is stale validate and delete the object with the help of the Broadcom Support. for more information see KB below
inaccessible virtual objects on vSAN cluster.
This is as per the design to keep all production data available during any maintenance activity hence the host cannot enter Maintenance Mode if all objects are not healthy.
