Issue/Introduction

While upgrading MigrateEnforce.bat or MigrateDetection.bat file results in four occurrences of the same error:
ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value. 

Cause

An environmental PATH variable pointing to the <drive>:/Windows/SysWOW64/  is present before the <drive>:/Windows/System32 folder
This causes the 32 bit version of reg.exe to execute during the migration, which causes the wrong registry keys to be searched to identify necessary information such as the java directory and previous DLP installations.  This causes them not to be found and causes the migration to fail. 

Resolution

Ensure that the Path variable includes <drive>:\Windows\System32 prior to any mention of SYSWOW64.
