Issue/Introduction

Customer is not able to access ZTNA admin console using IDP and would like to bypass IDP Login and use local users to log in directly to ZTNA

Environment

ZTNA admin console is integrated with IDP to improve the user experience while logging in.

Resolution

This topic describes how to bypass the IdP redirect when you require local users to log in directly to ZTNA.

• Copy the URL of your ZTNA tenant.
• Add the following suffix to the end of the ZTNA tenant URL:  ?noIdpRedirect=true

For example:

https://www.exampletenant.luminatesec.com/?noIdpRedirect=true

• Enter the URL with the suffix into your browser.
• Entering the URL with the suffix takes you directly to the ZTNA portal login screen (instead of any configured IdP).
• Log in using the full username and local username suffix that was configured beforehand.

For example: [email protected]

This method logs you in as a local user.
