Notification Rule continues to send emails after alert is cancelled after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

• After upgrading to Version: 8.18.3 (24521408) after an alert has cleared you continue to receive email notifications for it until you "delete the canceled alert"
• Under Notifications the Notify ON setting is NEW only

Resolution

Workaround

1. Create a new Notification Rule using the same parameters as the malfunctioning Notification Rule.
   
   Note: Do not clone the existing Notification Rule to prevent copying any corruption to the new Notification Rule.
   
   
2. Disable or Delete the malfunctioning Notification Rule.
