Attachment Isolation is isolating the non-malicious Word documents

Issue/Introduction

Users are receiving attachments(ex: Word document) in Isolation mode even though the document doesn't contain any malicious URL/content.

Environment

• Email Security.cloud
• Attachment Isolation

Cause

This is a result of URLs being identified within the embedded content of DOCX files. The issue may continue to affect certain attachments for now.

Resolution

The issue is currently under investigation, and there is no ETA at this time.
