Deployment ID is missing in Service Broker request form.

Issue/Introduction

The "deploymentid" is not loading when the Deployment Resource Type is selected and the action input is directly bound in the Custom Form:

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.16.x

VMware Aria Automation 8.17.x

VMware Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

This is a known issue affecting only the Deployment Resource Type.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in the VMware ARia Automation 8.18.1 Patch 3.

Workaround:

• Edit the custom form.
• Change the Deployment ID binding to "in request" in the custom form.
• Edit request parameters and select the deployment ID field.
• Change the values from "constant" to "bind field" and select Deployment in a "Value field"
