Adding Physical Data Center in VCF Operations requires internet connection

Issue/Introduction

• Browser does not not have access to the internet.
• The following error message is displayed in the UI: "The map requires an active internet connection to be viewed."
• When attempting to create a Physical Data Center:
  
  Administration >> Control Panel >> Physical Data Centers
  
  It is not possible to create the Physical Data Center as per the image below:
  
  

Environment

VCF Operations 9.0

Resolution

Physical Data Centers make sense when they are related to particular location. 
If the location is not important, then a Custom Datacenter can be used instead. (Infrastructure Operations >> Configurations >> Custom Datacenters)

Workaround to manually add a Physical Data Center:

• Browse to the Inventory Management page (Infrastructure Operations >> Configurations >> Inventory Management)
• Click the "+" icon to "Add Object"
• Set "Adapter Type" to "Container"
• Set "Adapter Instance" to "Container"
• Set "Object Type" to "Physical Data Center"
