VMware Live Recovery 9.0.x 

Cause

Port 443 blocked between SRM and ESXi host at the recovery site.

Resolution

• Open all required ports as per article below:
  VMware Ports and Protocols
• • Use command below for testing.
  • openssl s_client -connect ESXi_IP:443
