Issue/Introduction

  • After deleting a remote collector in the Aria Operations user interface or via command, by following the steps from  KB Manually removing a Cloud Proxy from Aria Operations before applying the upgrade. The remote collector is shown in the Aria Operations administration interface.  

  • Try to upgrade Aria Operations, will fail due to this error: Failed The PAK action "new_validate" script "source ./pak_python_wrapper.sh validate.py" failed

Resolution
