Issue/Introduction

  • End user access to Clarity was verified via Okta Tenant Administrator account
  • Now, receive a 404 error when trying to access this directory.

Environment

  • Clarity 16.3.1

Resolution

  • Access to Okta directory is no longer possible
  • Authentication services have been migrated to AuthHub.
