We're experiencing an issue where we're unable to access or enable the "Advanced Add New" feature with the AI Assistant in Rally for testing purposes. We'd like to opt in and begin testing this functionality

Please be aware that the AI features in Rally are enabled at the subscription level (for the entire customer organization), and not on a per-user or per-role basis. Enabling the AI module will activate all available AI features simultaneously; we do not offer individual feature activation. Please note that the Vaia Helpbot is already enabled globally by default and is not part of this enablement process.
To proceed with enabling AI functionality for your Rally subscription, a Rally subscription administrator needs to create a support ticket requesting the activation. Our Rally support team will then respond, including the approved legal disclaimer for your review and acknowledgement.
